തിരുവനന്തപുരം ∙ കള്ളപ്പണ നിരോധന നിയമം അനുസരിച്ചാണ് ഇ.ഡി ഡിജിപിക്ക് കത്ത് അയച്ചതെന്ന് മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി വി.ഡി.സതീശൻ. മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയായിരിക്കെ പിണറായി വിജയൻ മകൾ ടി. വീണ വഴി സിഎംആർഎൽ– എക്സാലോജിക് ഇടപാടിലൂടെ 3.28 കോടി രൂപ കൈക്കൂലി വാങ്ങിയെന്നു കാട്ടിയും അന്വേഷണത്തിനു ശുപാർശ ചെയ്തും ഇ.ഡി സംസ്ഥാന പൊലീസ് മേധാവിക്കു കത്തു നൽകിയതിനെക്കുറിച്ച് പ്രതികരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി.
ഇക്കാര്യത്തിൽ നിയമപരമായ പരിശോധന പൂർത്തിയാക്കി സർക്കാർ തീരുമാനമെടുക്കും. ഇതിൽ രാഷ്ട്രീയമില്ല. നിയമം മാത്രമാണ് നോക്കുന്നത്. രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാർട്ടികൾ വ്യക്തികളിൽനിന്നും കമ്പനികളിൽനിന്നും സംഭാവന വാങ്ങാറുണ്ട്. ഈ കേസ് അങ്ങനെയല്ല. അതിന് അപ്പുറമുള്ള കേസുകൾ ഇ.ഡി നൽകിയ കത്തിലുണ്ട്. ന്യായീകരിക്കാൻ മാത്രമാണ് സിപിഎം നടക്കുന്നത്. സിപിഎം ഇപ്പോൾ പ്രതിരോധത്തിലാണെന്നും മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.
