D’Andre Swift, Bears Reportedly Agree to Contract Extension Ahead of 2026 NFL Season

Chicago Bears running back D’Andre Swift will no longer be entering the 2026 season on an expiring contract.

The Bears and Swift have agreed to a three-year, $33.75 million extension with $27.5 million guaranteed, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Friday.

Swift was previously signed through the 2026 season on his last three-year, $24 million contract with the Bears.

His new deal comes two days before the Bears open the 2026 campaign Sunday at the Carolina Panthers.
