PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — The FAA has issued a ground stop at Philadelphia International Airport due to an equipment outage.
ABC News reports that the Philadelphia TRACON facility is having radio issues.
Philadelphia TRACON is the air traffic control facility that also directs aircraft in and out Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey.
The number of delays at Philadelphia International started to climb late Monday morning.
Some flights were departing Philadelphia, though the number was limited.
