Megan Fox has found her calling: curing erectile dysfunction (ED).
The actress stars in a new ad campaign for Ro Sparks, health company Ro’s prescription treatment for intimacy challenges in men, and the 40-year-old admitted to Entertainment Weekly‘s sister publication, PEOPLE, that she was destined for the gig.
“I personally feel like maybe I was born for this,” Fox stated. “There’s not a better person to have been involved in this.”
For the campaign, she wears a skintight red catsuit, à la Britney Spears’ iconic “Oops!… I Did It Again” look, except Fox’s bears the Ro Sparks logo. She embodies the medication, in human form, in the commercial—filling men in on all her, well, perks as Ro Sparks contains sildenafil and tadalafil, the active ingredients in Viagra and Cialis, respectively.
“I stay in your system, ready to go, for up to 36 hours,” Fox says in the ad while lying on the ground. “I dissolve under your tongue—that’s for speed—and tadalafil lasts for hours, and hours.”
“If prescribed, I show up right at your door,” Fox adds with a sexy smile and seductive voice. “Don’t worry, my packaging is very discreet.”
Fox told PEOPLE she thought Ro would be tame about the content on the campaign, but she actually had to rein the brand’s team in a bit. “I thought we were going to have to go back with a bunch of notes and be like, ‘Guys, this should be way funnier. This should be sexier. This should be more playful,'” she recalled. “We actually had to go back and be like, ‘Maybe we could dial it down a little bit,’ because they really went for it with some of the jokes and the innuendos — which I love.”
Fox’s philosophy is: “Life is short, and it should be fun. You should be able to laugh and enjoy yourself.”

The mom-of-four wanted to have fun with the ad to lessen the shame men feel about erectile dysfunction. After being in long-term relationships, Fox knows intimacy issues in men affect their partners, too. (Fox shares three children with Brian Austin Green, who she was with for 15 years before ending their decade-long marriage in 2020. She and Machine Gun Kelly, with whom she shares a daughter, were in a relationship until 2024.)
“Anyone who’s been married or in a long-term relationship knows your sex life goes through peaks and valleys,” the Jennifer’s Body star told PEOPLE. “When it’s in those valleys, the conversations are very important. Transparency is very important, and your ability to support your partner and help them feel comfortable speaking about these things is very important as well.”
“You’re not defective. Something’s not wrong with you,” Fox added of men struggling with ED. “You can talk about this. You don’t have to hide it.”

Fox explained that women face beauty standards concerning their “weight, appearance, youth, having perfectly smooth skin, a thigh gap or no hip dips,” while men’s egos are wrapped up in “virility and sexuality.”
“I think we need to remove that stigma and taboo, and educate people — men in particular — that [ED] is actually pretty common,” Fox said, concluding, “We’re on the same team. We want the same thing. Let’s do this together.”
