Bomb sirens sounded in Tel Aviv on Thursday for the first time since the ceasefire began, apparently due to rocket fire from Hezbollah in Lebanon. It comes as Israel and Lebanon are set to begin direct talks. Lebanon remains a key issue in the ceasefire between the U.S. and Iran. NBC News’ Stephanie Gosk reports.
