Since the U.S. struck Iran, ship traffic in the Strait of Hormuz has come nearly to a complete halt, disrupting the international economy. The Iranian foreign minister weighed in on the possibility of its closure, telling NBC Nightly News’ Tom Llamas, “We have no intention to close it right now. But as the war continues, we will consider every scenario.”
