The tour was scheduled to begin August 5. in Dallas and run through Aug. 27, ending in Los Angeles. All 14 tour dates listed are now marked as cancelled on Ticketmaster, and the tour’s official website has been taken down.

“To everyone who bought tickets to the tour, I sincerely apologize,” Santana wrote Thursday on her Instagram story. “Nothing makes me more happy than the opportunity to share more amazing memories with you all, and I hope to see you soon.”
