Officials in Washington state say they’re making progress in containing the raging Spokane wildfires that are responsible for burning more than 10,000 acres and scorching some 800 homes and buildings. It comes as the suspect accused of setting the fires is scheduled to be back in court Thursday to face a first-degree arson charge. NBC’s Morgan Chesky reports and TODAY’s Al Roker tracks fire dangers.
