Music icon Céline Dion shared a surprise video message on her 58th birthday that she’s returning to the stage with ten concerts planned in Paris. Fans are celebrating her long-awaited comeback after she stepped away from performing back in 2022 when she was diagnosed with a rare neurological condition called “stiff person syndrome” which can cause muscle rigidity and painful spasms. NBC’s Emilie Ikeda reports for TODAY.
