Su, on her third trip to Taiwan this year, touched down Tuesday and told reporters she had held meetings with Acer, Asus, Foxconn, and Quanta, with a stop in Hsinchu later that day to see Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. and additional suppliers on her itinerary. Ensuring that supply chain partners could expand capacity for CPUs, GPUs, and other AI computing products was a central purpose of the visit, Su said.
