BREAKING: FBI says incendiary device deployed in NYC
The FBI New York joint terrorism task force is investigating after a suspect allegedly deployed an explosive device in Lower Manhattan. Law enforcement officers detained an individual at the scene outside the building housing an FBI field office and New York immigration court.

The suspect accused of deploying an incendiary device outside 26 Federal Plaza in New York Monday morning is named Andrew Arrabaca, two law enforcement sources have confirmed to Fox News Digital.
The sources both confirmed that Arrabaca had “anti-ICE stuff on him” at the time of the alleged attack.
