Jivraj Mehta facility to provide affordable access to Guj Energy Ltd’s CSR initiative
Gujarat gets first AI- powered CT scanner
Gujarat’s first AI-powered Inclusive CT Scan machine was inaugurated at Dr Jivraj Mehta Hospital in Ahmedabad on Friday, marking an upgrade to the hospital’s diagnostic services. Avantika Singh Aulakh, IAS, Managing Director of Gujarat Energy Limited, inaugurated the facility. The CT scanner has been supported under Gujarat Energy Limited’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative and implemented through SETU Society.
The inauguration was attended by representatives of SETU Society, trustees of Dr Jivraj Mehta Trust, doctors and senior members of Dr Jivraj Mehta Smarak Health Foundation.
The facility is expected to improve access to advanced diagnostic services and strengthen the hospital’s ability to provide quality and affordable healthcare to the community. It is also aimed at enhancing the hospital’s diagnostic capabilities through the use of AI.
