The field for the 2026 US Open will have 17 former Grand Slam singles champions, 10 of whom are former US Open winners. For the men’s competition, Jannik Sinner has been ruled out due to injury. That means Alexander Zverev is ranked as the tournament’s top Men’s competitor. Aryna Sabalenka and Elena Rybakina, the tournament’s top ranked Women’s competitors, will meet in the finals.
The United States had 28 players in the main draw, leading all nations in the competition. Only Frances Tiafoe and Ben Shelton remain in the singles competitions. Taylor Townsend, Robin Montgomery, Ashlyn Krueger, and Christian Harrison remain in the doubles competitions.

Whenever I have a second to myself, I’m probably gaming on my Nintendo Switch 2, Steam Deck, or Xbox Series S. I also still have a bunch of classic consoles lying around as well.
