HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – A FLOOD WATCH will go into effect tonight through Thursday afternoon for Kauai and Oahu.
A cold front approaching from the northwest will shift the winds to the southeast, with a potential for flooding rainfall Wednesday night through at least Thursday, mainly for Kauai and Oahu.
Scattered showers are expected to linger through Saturday. Drier conditions with returning trade winds due back on Sunday.
The near advisory level south swell starts to fade today, another similar sized south swell is due over the weekend. A moderate northwest swell peaks today, another near-advisory-level NW swell is due early next week.
