Iowa Stormboar have announced four new players today, bringing their roster back up to full strength after an extended period of roster changes and trial periods. The new incoming quartet consists of Vladyslav “Valter0k” Pukhtai, Nazar “H0NeST” Stefinko, John “mds” Marin, and Eduard “nico1ajus” Kuchynskyi, with all four players having already played a number of matches under the Iowa Stormboar banner.
Valter0k and H0NeST have been playing for the team for the longest time of the incoming quartet, with the former unofficially joining the team in late August while the latter has been playing for the team since early September. Meanwhile, the newer additions to the team, mds and nico1ajus, only recently started playing for Iowa Stormboar, recording their first matches with the team in late October during the CCT North America 2026 Cup #1.
The incoming players come from a variety of teams, with Valter0k’s most recent teams being Outfit 49, H0NeST last cutting his teeth on regain, mds most recently serving as the IGL at Chicken Coop, and nico1ajus playing for Phantom Sense. It also worth noting that all three Ukrainian players (Valter0k recently acquired American citizenship) were all teammates on Immigrants Peek and Outfit 49, meaning there is some level of familiarity between the incoming players on this new team.
