New Delhi: Beauty and wellbeing company Oriflame India has invited agency pitches for two separate mandates covering digital growth, AI and marketing transformation, and brand experience and activation.
The company will evaluate the mandates independently. Agencies may pitch for either or both, but proposals, teams, commercials and selection processes will remain separate.
The pitch comes as Oriflame targets India becoming its largest global market by 2030, contributing 25% of global revenue. The company also aims to add 10 lakh Brand Partners. The agency partnerships will support recruitment, activation and reactivation of Brand Partners, alongside sales growth.
Founded in Stockholm in 1967, Oriflame operates through a social-selling model in which independent partners recommend and sell its products.
The digital mandate covers full-funnel digital marketing, performance media, customer relationship management, marketing automation and data-led consumer engagement. It also includes improving brand visibility across conventional and AI-powered search through answer engine optimisation (AEO) and generative engine optimisation (GEO).
The selected agency will develop a content ecosystem spanning social media, creators, user-generated content, short-form video and regional platforms. Its remit will also include using agentic AI, intelligent automation and other emerging technologies to improve marketing efficiency and campaign optimisation.
The brand experience and activation mandate covers experiential marketing, product launches, sampling, consumer education, community engagement and guerrilla marketing. The agency will be expected to execute pan-India activations and connect offline experiences with digital journeys, qualified leads and subsequent sales.
Both agencies will be assessed on their ability to link marketing expenditure to business outcomes. The selection criteria include clear performance metrics, transparent reporting, measurement frameworks and return on investment.
Interested agencies can request the pitch requirements and submit credentials, relevant case studies and their proposed approach to marcela.clavijo@oriflame.com and Abhishek.Chakraborty@oriflame.com.
The submission deadline is November 30, 2026. Onboarding is expected to begin in February 2027.
Oriflame has operated in India for more than three decades. Its portfolio includes skincare, cosmetics, fragrances, personal care and nutritional supplements.
