In just one week, the 2026 FIFA World Cup is coming to North America for the first time in more than 30 years and the United States men’s national team is looking to stretch the limits of homefield advantage. It will be the final World Cup appearance for Portugal’s Cristiano Ronaldo and possibly Lionel Messi of Argentina as well. NBC’s Stephanie Gosk reports for TODAY.
