Thom Tillis of North Carolina spent his time during the confirmation hearing for Kevin Warsh slamming the Justice Department’s “bogus investigation” into Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell over renovation costs at the central bank’s headquarters. The California Department of Justice and several state agencies arrested five people Wednesday in a crackdown on an alleged hospice fraud ring, and officials said more arrests will come.
