Tamasha Studios is expanding its work in AI driven content across films, web series, micro dramas, television serials, animation and productions that combine AI with live action. The studio is exploring the use of AI across different content formats.
Tamasha Studios founder Mithilesh Bhagat said the company views AI as a creative medium rather than just a production tool. The studio is exploring how the technology can support storytelling and visual production across formats.
Banerjee said AI offers filmmakers new ways to create visual worlds that may be difficult or expensive to produce through traditional methods. He also emphasised the importance of storytelling, character development and emotional depth in filmmaking.
Bhagat said the studio plans to combine Indian stories and cultural themes with AI, visual effects, animation and live action to develop content for global audiences.
