VINTON COUNTY, OH. (WSAZ) – The National Weather Service has ended their Tornado Warning for Vinton County, Ohio.

VINTON COUNTY, OH. (WSAZ) – The National Weather Service in Charleston, West Virginia has issued a tornado warning for Northeastern Vinton County.
The warning is in place until 11:30 p.m.
A severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Mcarthur, moving east at 15 mph. Other areas potentially impacted by the tornadic thunderstorm include Creola and Zaleski.
NWS encourages people to take precaution and take cover by heading to a basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows, and if you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect yourself from flying debris.
