The Consulate General of India in New York, in partnership with ReNew and the US-India Strategic and Partnership Forum (USISPF), hosted a roundtable focused on strengthening cooperation between India and the US in artificial intelligence (AI), energy and digital infrastructure.
More than 40 representatives from industry, academia, investment, government and civil society participated in the discussion.
The discussions focused on scaling data centre and AI infrastructure investment across the India-US corridor, ensuring reliable and resilient power supply and grid readiness to support AI-driven demand, and mobilising public, private and blended capital for cross-border energy and digital infrastructure projects.
Participants also discussed aligning policy, regulatory and technology frameworks to accelerate bilateral cooperation in these areas.
