Tournament format
The Women’s Champions Trophy 2027 will be played in the T20I format, with all six teams competing in a single round-robin league.
Each team will play the other five sides once, resulting in 15 league-stage matches. The top two teams in the standings will then progress to the final, scheduled for 28 February 2027.
A total of 16 matches will be played during the tournament, with the winners of the final crowned the inaugural ICC Women’s Champions Trophy champions.
