“At the end of the day, every CFO and CIO is going to ask for ROI on their AI investment and what are we truly driving for their business,” says Intuitive.AI CEO Jay Modh. “It’s not about the technology now.”

AI solution provider Intuitive.AI’s revenue has skyrocketed 600 percent over the past five years by betting that the biggest opportunity in AI isn’t the technology itself, but the business outcomes it delivers.
“At the end of the day, every CFO and CIO is going to ask for ROI on their AI investment and what are we truly driving for their business,” said Intuitive.AI CEO Jay Modh. “It’s not about the technology now.”
“It’s about business outcome using technology and how fast we can deliver that value so incremental investments can be made,” he said. “This is how we’ve grown 600 percent in the last five years.”
The Iselin, N.J.-based Amazon Web Services and Anthropic partner expects total revenue to increase annually by nearly 50 percent in 2026.
This growth is due to its forward-deployed engineering (FDE) business, a companywide focus on customer ROI and investing in proprietary AI innovation like IntuitiveIQ.
“We put our money where our mouth is,” Modh said.

“In the last two years, we invested over $15 million in building IntuitiveIQ, which is a decision intelligence engine and multi-model, multi-agentic AI governance and orchestration platform,” he said. “We invested heavily in the product-plus-engineering play in the last two years.”
The ‘Only Language’ A Board ‘Understands Is Business Outcome’
Intuitive.AI is driving sales and customer wins via a go-to-market strategy focused on providing business outcomes, not simply deploying specific technology.
“The only language a company’s board understands is business outcome,” Modh said.
“We haven’t been a very resale-focused partner. We’ve been an engineering solution consulting partner always focused on the outcomes, and then we re-engineer the solution to align with the outcomes customers are desiring,” he said.
Intuitive.AI has tight partnerships with the major cloud and AI leaders including Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Anthropic, with a particular focus on AWS.
Intuitive.AI’s AWS sales are expected to increase by over 60 percent annually in 2026, outpacing AWS’ own revenue growth rate.
“All of that is tied directly to either infrastructure AI, which is underlying plumbing like Amazon Bedrock—with or without Databricks or Snowflake—and then Anthropic on top,” he said. “Or it is largely tied to physical AI, which is manufacturing, energy, oil and gas, retail—where massive scale AI adoption is happening.”
The ‘Real Language Businesses Want To Hear’
Modh said customers’ conversations around AI are now all about “brass tacks.”
“It’s about, ‘Hey, if I’m putting $1 of investment, am I getting $5 or $10 in return? How fast am I going to realize the value of my investment?’” the CEO said.
He said customers are no longer starting conversations around AI pilots and experimentation, but rather asking how Intuitive.AI can prove it can deliver a business outcome with AI.
“Everything we do is around: what is the outcome we are delivering? What is the path to production? How many days? What is the cost? And how well are we doing it? So [AI] pilot to production with defined business value is the only way customers are going to invest $1 in it,” he said.
IntuitiveIQ Solves AI Adoption ‘Drag’; AWS Marketplace And Anthropic Claude
Intuitive.AI describes IntuitiveIQ as a decision intelligence engine that provides enterprise AI with the business meaning and governance to answer questions that matter, acts on them safely, and shows evidence for every decision.
“IntuitiveIQ is benchmarked against the likes of all the top industry players—from Palantir to the [Microsoft] Fabric IQs of the world,” he said. “We are solving a fundamental issue that is driving drag or slowing down the AI adoption with IntuitiveIQ.”
IntuitiveIQ has an agentic AI control plane that works across every AI model and agent, on the data and tools a client already runs. This means there’s no rip-and-replace, and the platform is designed to go live on an existing stack in weeks, not quarters.
For example, IntuitiveIQ is deeply integrated with Anthropic Claude to deliver governed, decision-grade outcomes.
“Our solution is really shaping the way the industry is going to turn their AI investment with a lot of trust and confidence because we are making all things probabilistic to deterministic with IntuitiveIQ. That is what’s going to help them drive applied AI adoption,” Modh said.
The offering is currently on the AWS Marketplace, which is helping drive “massive adoption and support and inbound leads coming from AWS for that platform adoption,” he said.
Intuitive.AI doesn’t see customer spending or AI momentum slowing down in 2027 thanks to its successful strategy.
“We are an engineering company that’s always focused on business outcome,” said Modh. “This is how we live our life.”
