KSP: Armed suspect on the run after trooper-involved shooting on I-65 in western Kentucky
WARREN COUNTY, Ky. —
Kentucky State Police are investigating a trooper-involved shooting in western Kentucky Monday afternoon.
KSP said the shooting happened on I-65 in Warren County. Warren County is located about two hours southwest of Louisville.
A Blue Alert was issued after the shooting.
KSP said they are looking for a blueish/gray Honda Civic that was at the scene of the shooting. The car has an Alabama temporary tag with the number: TN018596.

Officials said the suspect is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
Police have not said who fired shots or if anyone was injured in the shooting.
Anyone with information is urged to call 911 immediately.
WLKY has a crew headed to the scene to gather more information.
